Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information and the “sharing” of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our Practices

CoverSavvy Insurance Services Inc. (“CoverSavvy”) does not sell personal information to third parties for valuable consideration, as “sell” is defined under applicable US privacy laws.

Like most websites, however, we use cookies and advertising and analytics technologies, described in our Privacy Policy, that may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You have the right to opt out of that sharing.

How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

To direct us not to sell or share your personal information, you may:

You do not need to create an account to submit a request. We will not require you to verify your identity to opt out, although we may ask basic questions in order to identify whose personal information the request concerns. We will act on opt-out requests as soon as feasibly possible, and no later than 15 business days after receipt. Once you have opted out, we will not resume selling or sharing your personal information unless you later provide authorization allowing us to do so.

You may also enable an opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), in a participating browser or browser extension. To make sure your opt-out is fully applied to your information, we recommend also submitting a request using the contact methods above.

Your Other California Privacy Rights

In addition to the right to opt out of sale or sharing, the CCPA gives California residents the right to know the personal information a business collects about them, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide signed permission demonstrating they have been authorized to act on your behalf.

Minors

We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone who we know to be under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights, including by denying you services, charging you different prices, or providing a different level or quality of service.
